What We Do
Network Security Keyholders are nominated by you as “Prime Key holders” for your alarm.
We are the first line of response in the event of alarm activation at your premises.
Our Patrol Manager will meet you at your premises and will document the instructions for your premises.
The Patrol Manager will create procedures for your premises and these will be recorded in our 24 Hour Control Centre.
If your alarm activates one of our Mobile Response Vehicle will be dispatched to your premises.
On arrival at your premises our Mobile Response Supervisor will conduct a complete internal and external security patrol of your building while in direct contact with our Control Centre.
Immediate action will be taken if there is a break-in or building problem.
The Mobile Response Supervisor will not leave the premises until it is secure.
When the Mobile Response Supervisor leaves the building a report will be left for your attention.
Within 4 hours a full report on the incident will be emailed to your office.
